Naperville Township Trustees

Fred SpitzzeriFred Spitzzeri

Trustee Fred Spitzzeri, his wife, Barbara, and their children make their home on the Southwest side of Naperville. Fred is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in civil law. He is both a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator and is in his 23rd year of practice. Fred is an active member of the legal profession, a proud member of the Rotary club of Naperville, and served as Immediate Past President of the DuPage County Bar Association. In the past, Fred has served on the boards of various school districts and homeowner's associations, and is an alumnus of the Naperville Citizen's Police Academy. He is also an active member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce and an adjunct professor at North Central College. Fred also serves as the Ethics Advisor for the Township and has provided in-service training on the state's ethics ordinance to other townships across the county.


BuscheEsin Busche

Esin Busche has been active in her community since moving to the Naperville Township area in 1999. She is currently a member of the Fair Housing Advisory Commission and a Republican Precinct committeewoman. She has been a three term membership chairman for the Naperville Republican Women and was the Naperville campaign coordinator for the presidential and governor/lieutenant governor races in 2004 & 2006. Esin has a Masters degree in Chemistry and worked for three global companies, Sherwin Williams, Litton Industries and Sigma Coatings. She currently lives in the south side of Naperville Township with her husband and son who is in the School District 204. She is currently employed by Dow Chemical Company.


YurgaitisMay Yurgaitis

May Yurgaitis has been an elected Republican Committeeman in Naperville Precinct 41 since 1994, and received the Du Page Committeeman of the year award in 2006. She was a Bush Team Leader for George W. Bush's presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2004, and served as the Naperville Coordinator for Andy McKenna's Senate race in 2004. Yurgaitis is past president of Naperville Republican Women and received two awards from the National Federation of Republican Women during her term. She is currently serving her second term as First Vice President of the Du Page Federation of Republican women. She also serves on the Personnel Committee of the Senior Home Sharing organization board.

She is a graduate of DePaul University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. Her business career includes over twenty-five years in HR management for Bank One, Northwest Community Hospital and SBC.

May and her husband Robert have one son and two grand-children and have lived in Naperville for about 17 years.


WentzDavid Wentz

David Wentz is a lifelong resident of DuPage County. He was born and raised in Glen Ellyn and moved to Naperville after graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law. He has been married to his wife Tonya for the past 18 years and has three children, Haley 13, Luke 10 and Zach 7. He has been an attorney with the Naperville law firm of Brooks, Adams & Tarulis since 1996. He concentrates his law practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate and employment law.

Dave Wentz breaths community service. He is chairman of the Naperville Healing Field of Honor and was recently elected Naperville Township Trustee. In 2007-2008 Dave served as State President of the Lincolnland District Exchange Club and received national recognition awards for building two new Exchange Clubs in the nearby communities of Plainfield and Yorkville. He is also past President and Secretary of the Exchange Club of Naperville where he developed strong personal contacts with dozens of social service agencies throughout the Naperville community. David has also served on the DuPage County Workforce Investment Board where he assisted with the formation of the Naperville Community Career Center. He is also past Chairman of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Committee and past member of Indian Prairie School District 204's Referendum Committee which established Metea Valley High School. He is a graduate of North Central College's Leadership Academy and both the Naperville Citizens Fire Academy and Citizen's Police Academy.

Over the past 19 years Wentz has also served as an elected and appointed Republican Precinct Committeeman in both Naperville and Lisle Townships. David and his family are active members of Bethany Lutheran Church where his three children attend Bethany Lutheran's day school.
