Loretta Burke

Trustee Anderson

Chicago native, Loretta Burke, has lived in Aurora for over 15 years in the Diamond Bay subdivision. Loretta has served as Precinct Committeeman for Precinct 68 for many years. A proud union member of the Illinois Education Association, Loretta served as a delegate to the 2016 National Education Association’s Representative Assembly in Washington, D.C. Loretta earned a B.S. degree in Business Education from DePaul University, Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and Educational Administration Certification from Dominican University. She has also served as a Board member for the Diamond Bay Homeowners’ Association in Aurora. Loretta brings over 30 years of experience in the business, legal and educational communities in Chicago and Western Suburbs.

In her current position as a School Library Information Specialist in Oswego School District 308, Loretta recognizes the important roles of technology and data in making responsible financial decisions for our Township. In her position as Naperville Township Trustee, Loretta seeks to bring a greater awareness and outreach to residents of the services the Township offers to seniors, veterans and those in need. In her spare time, Loretta enjoys traveling, reading, skiing, and music concerts.

Julie Federico

Trustee Anderson

Julie Federico is a 30 year resident of Naperville Township, and currently lives in the River Bank subdivision in Naperville. She is an elected Precinct Committee member for Naperville Precinct 02. In her 30 years, she has seen the city grow from a small community to a thriving suburb.

Julie was born and raised in the Boston area, and moved to Naperville in 1987. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University in Boston.

Julie is a retired engineer. She worked for over 30 years for a large telecommunications company in Naperville, including both Systems Engineering and Product Management.

Julie is currently Treasurer of the Naperville Sister Cities Commission, and also the River Bank Homeowner’s Association. She is a lector at St. Thomas the Apostle Church and a weekly volunteer at Animals Deserving of Proper Treatment (A.D.O.P.T). She is a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement.

Julie, and her husband Jay, enjoy bicycling, hiking, geocaching and love both domestic and international travel. But they continue to call Naperville home, and enjoy all the opportunities the township has to offer.

Paul J. Santucci

Trustee Anderson

Paul Santucci has lived in the township since 2007 in the Oakhurst subdivision in Aurora and has been an elected committeeman serving his precinct since 2007. Paul has been on the executive board of the Naperville Township Republican Organization as Treasurer and currently Secretary since 2008.

Paul has volunteered in the community with the St. Raphael's mens group, Oakhurst AYSO board, District 204 PTAs, West Suburban Irish, Loaves and Fishes, DuPage County Forest Preserve, Wheatland Athletic Association, Team Chicago Soccer, Eclipse Select Soccer and Bolingbrook Soccer Club.

Paul is currently involved with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Oak Brook Business Leaders, West Suburban Irish and the Naperville Rotary International.

Paul has been CEO of a communications company in Chicago and is currently a communications consultant, a licensed real estate broker and a certified soccer coach.

Paul's education includes an executive MBA from University of Notre Dame, a Masters from George Williams College of Aurora University and a Bachelors degree in Communications (Design and Marketing) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Paul, his wife Jennifer and three children love living in the Naperville area and enjoy all that Naperville has to offer. Paul is excited to be a part of continuing to keep Naperville Township a destination community and helping to further the great services to it's residents.
